As a Licensed Professional Counselor LPC, I have worked in the counseling field for 18 years.  I am certified in EMDR therapy.  I partner with my clients to help them increase understanding and find strategies to meet their goals.

I get the rare opportunity to be with people as they explore some painful and difficult moments in their lives. If you are in a crisis, experiencing relationship problems, have chronic mental health concerns, or a history of traumatic/stressful experiences,
